12. Account Deletion Policy
Users can delete their account through the following steps:
- Open the app and go to the Dashboard.
- Navigate to Profile.
- Select Account Deletion.
Alternatively, users can request account deletion by sending an email to support@yrsdigitalpayment.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."
Once the request is received, we will process the account deletion within 90 days. All personal data, including transaction history, will be permanently deleted, except for data retained to comply with legal obligations or security requirements.

13. Use of Media Permissions
Our application requires access to certain media files strictly for onboarding and KYC verification purposes:
- READ_MEDIA_IMAGES — Used to allow users/agents to upload mandatory documents such as PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook, Merchant Photo, and Shop Photo. These are required by banks to complete onboarding and verification.
- READ_MEDIA_VIDEO — Used to allow users/agents to record and upload a short video declaration confirming their consent and intent to work with YRS Digital CSP for financial services. This video is a part of the KYC process.
We do not use these permissions for any purpose other than KYC, onboarding, and regulatory compliance. Media files are securely transmitted and stored following our Data Security and Data Retention policies.
